BE IT RESOLVED THAT we open this special meeting to consider Water Plant Contract at 4:00 p.m. Carried

06-186 Alkenbrack Tuomi

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we accept the proposal from Oweson Water Services to operate the Billings Municipal Water Plant, given our lawyers agree with the legal contract. Carried

06-187 Tuomi Alkenbrack

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we accept the letter from Stephen Watt to MChigeeng First Nation re: additions to Reserve Lands within the Township of Billings and authorize him to send out letter. Carried

06-188 Bright Alkenbrack

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we close this special meeting of Council Carried
