Doug Leask of Walker Engineering and various employees of Contractors tendering for the hill project

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 3:15 p.m with Reeve Austin Hunt presiding in the Chair. Carried

05-309 Alkenbrack Bright

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council accept the lowest tender being Pioneer Construction in the amount of $440,937.89 subject to meeting all requirements and subject to the approval of the Consulting Engineer. Carried

05-310 Tuomi Bright

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of council be adjourned until the next regular meeting of November 21, 2005, or Call of the Chair. Carried
