BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 4:00 p.m. with Reeve Austin Hunt presiding as Chair. Carried

05-163 McKeen Tuomi

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Township of Billings accept the agreement of purchase and sale from Richard D. Taylor and Anne J. Bertrand for the real property at 7264 Highway 540. The purchase price to be $22,500.00 Carried

05-164 Tuomi Bright

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we adjourn until our next regular scheduled meeting of June 7, 2005, or Call of the Chair. Carried
