BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened at 10:35 A.M. with Reeve Aus Hunt presiding in the Chair for the purpose of awarding Roads Gravel Tender, closed May 22. Carried

07-140 Alkenbrack- Tuomi

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Gravel Tender of H & R Noble Construction at $45,758.70 plus taxes be accepted, and both successful and unsuccessful bidder be notified immediately. Carried

07-141 Tuomi- Alkenbrack

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Special Meeting of Council of the Township of Billings be adjourned Carried
