Reeve Aus Hunt, Councilors Sharon Alkenbrack, Margaret Tuomi, John Bright and Keith McKeen.

STAFF:

Clerk Treasurer Kathy McDonald and Public Works Superintendent Garry Miller

Councilor Tuomi declared a pecuniary interest in resolution 05-200.

05-165 Alkenbrack Bright

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this regular meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 7:30 p.m. with Reeve Aus Hunt presiding in the Chair. Carried

05-198 Alkenbrack Bright

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we open special meeting June 28, 2005. Carried

05-199 Tuomi McKeen

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we rent to Ina Swain for $50 plus GST for baihahi meeting if it is not for profit. Carried

05-200 Alkenbrack Bright

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we give notice that any work done on Township road allowances must be done by the township staff or under supervision of our Public Works Superintendent. Carried

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we close the special meeting of June 28, 2005. Carried
