BE IT RESOLVED THAT we rescind all previous resolutions concerning Boat Ramp fees/ donations and set a rate/fee of $5 (in and out) and a seasonal rate of $40 for Billings Township ramps.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council set the 2005 Water user rates at the same rate as 2004, which is $570 per year, payable in 4 installments due on February 17, 2005 and May 19, 2005 being 50% of the 2004 levy and on August 18, 2005 and November 17, 2005 to make up the balance of the levy owing.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we inform the Planning Board that we have no objection to the severance application B38-05, located on Lot 20, Concession 15, Billings Township.
