BE IT RESOLVED THAT this meeting be opened at 7:00 p.m. on July 3, 2007 as a Public Meeting of the Township of Billings pursuant to the requirements of Section 34(12) and (13) of the Planning Act for purposes for providing information to the public and to allow for public representations on an application proposing to amend Zoning BY-law 80-11 for the Township of Billings notice of which has been duly administered according to the requirements of O.Reg. 545/06. Carried
