BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum present at 9:00 a.m. with Deputy Reeve Margaret Tuomi presiding as the Chair. Carried

07-026 Alkenbrack Gordon

BE IT RESOLVED THAT in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act, S.O. Chapter 25, this Council proceed to a Closed Session at 9:10 a.m. in order to discuss a matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board. Carried

07-027 Alkenbrack Gordon

BE IT RESOVLED THAT we adjourn form this in camera session and resume our regular meeting. Carried

07-028 Gordon Alkenbrack

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we adjourn from this special meeting of council until our next regular meeting of February 6, 2007, or Call of the Chair. Carried
