BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 3:00 p.m. with Sharon Alkenbrack presiding in the Chair. Carried

05-233 McKeen Tuomi

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we accept the tender of Wm. R. Walker Engineering Inc. for the Engineering of the Main Street Hill. Carried

05-234 Bright Tuomi

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council proceed with investigation to apply for COMRIF grant for Dump Improvements. Carried

05-235 Tuomi McKeen

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we adjourn until our next regular meeting August 15, 2005, or Call of the Chair. Carried
