BE IT RESOLVED THAT this regular meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 7:30 p.m. with Reeve Aus Hunt presiding in the Chair.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we accept the minutes of the July 18, 2005 regular meeting as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-Law 2005-14, being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for COMRIF funding be given 1st and 2nd reading.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 2005-14, being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for COMRIF funding be given 3rd and final reading and enacted in open council.
