BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum present at 11:30 a.m. with Reeve Austin Hunt presiding in the Chair.

2009-123  Tuomi – Parker

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we apply to the Building Canada Fund for a retrofit of the Park Centre, for a total estimated cost of $209,440.

                                                            Carried

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we apply to the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund for funding for windows for the Old Mill, in the amount of $87,451.

                                                            Carried

 

2009-125  Tuomi – Parker

BE IT RESOVLED THAT we apply for an Infrastructure Stimulus grant for the dock and dredging.

                                                            Carried

 

2009-126  Tuomi – Parker

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we apply for an Infrastructure Stimulus grant for the Parks and Trails.

                                                            Carried

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of Council be adjourned until the next scheduled meeting of May 4, 2009, or Call of the Chair.
