BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Billings be opened for business with a quorum of members present
at 1:00 P.M. with Reeve Hunt presiding in the Chair.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the March 15, 2004 Regular meeting be
accepted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Billings Council has received the 2003 Water Summary Report
of the Kagawong Water System.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT copies of the Water Summary are available to the public at
our costs of $10.00.

04-120 Alkenbrack - Tuomi
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Billings proclaim the week of
May 2 to 8, 2004 as Emergency Preparedness Week In Our Community, and encourage
all citizens to participate in educational activities on emergency preparedness.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we support the resolution of the Township of Sables-Spanish
Rivers support of the Agricultural Sector through a letter to the Ministry of
Northern Development and Mines re: ongoing financial support of Northern Ontario
Heritage Fund Corp. re: Their motion no. 2004-91.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council inform the West Bay LCBO Agency Store that we have
no objection to this establishment remaining open on all public holidays from
the Victoria Day weekend through to and including Thanksgiving weekend in 2004.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council adjourn until the next Regular Meeting, April 2004,
or Call of the Chair.
