Reeve Aus Hunt, Council Members Sharon Alkenbrack, Jim McLean, Rick Rusk.

STAFF: Acting Clerk-Treasurer: Lorraine McLean.

03-193 Alkenbrack - McLean
BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened for business at 4:15p.m. with Reeve Hunt presiding in the Chair.
CARRIED.

03-194 McLean - Rusk
BE IT RESOLVED THAT we comply with the Provincial Officer’s Order to purchase an automatic chlorine analyzer and to correct the conditions noted on the order.
CARRIED.

03-195 Rusk - McLean
BE IT RESOLVED THAT based on the recommendation of the Water Plant Operator , we purchase a probe type residual chlorine amperometric membrane style sensor with integrated pre-amplifier as per attached quotes.
CARRIED.

03-196 Alkenbrack - Rusk
BE IT RESOLVED THAT we authorize Kevin to purchase and install a Venmar kit in the Museum Annex to improve ventilation.
CARRIED.

03-197 McLean - Alkenbrack
BE IT RESOLVED THAT we close this Special Meeting of July 8th, 2003.
