And that the Reeve and Treasurer be authorized to sign cheques #4141 to #4171 as described in the attached register.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act S.O. 2001, c. 25, this Council proceed to a Closed Session at 9:27 p.m. in order to discuss a matter pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
