PREMIUM RENTAL FACILITIES

The Municipality has three Halls to rent for occasions such as weddings, receptions, parties, rehearsal dinners, proms, corporate meetings and affairs, fundraisers, showcases, banquets, dances, picnics, reunions. We can provide for in house catering or bring your own. The halls can be rented for a morning, afternoon, evening or for the entire day. All halls and washroom facilities are wheelchair accessible. Kitchen facilities are also available. Plenty of parking space.

PARK CENTER MAIN HALL 

A large modern facility for all occasions and provides seating for up to 130 people. This hall can be used for weddings, dances, festivals or large meetings. The hall has central heating and air conditioning for your convenience. The hall is equipped with a modern kitchen. There is a stage to accommodate bands if needed, and a spacious dance floor. There is a bar service pass-through and a half split entrance door to provide your beverage and food service needs. The maximum occupancy of this hall is 130 persons seated at tables, with a Liquor License restriction of 120 persons.

PARK CENTRE LOWER HALL

This is our most economical rental and can hold up to 87 people for meetings or party’s. This hall has central heating and air conditioning for your convenience. We can provide catering if needed or you can use the kitchen to provide your own service. Traditionally, various clubs, fraternal organizations and small groups have utilized this hall for their weekly, monthly or occasional events. Organizations can book this space on a regular basis.

THE OLD  MILL HALL

The Old Mill hall is available for rental. This fully restored historic facility is the perfect place for receptions, parties, picnics, reunions, meetings and other gatherings. The grounds are also included for reunions or to accommodate larger groups. For meetings as with the other halls, we provide arrangements with either all chairs or chairs/tables. Numerous groups have used this unique hall for their celebrations, festivals and parties. The rated capacity of the room is 140 persons, liquor licensing allows only 120 people. Fantastic view of  Mudge Bay and the Hamlet.
