BE IT RESOLVED THAT this regular meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 7:30 p.m. with Reeve Hunt presiding in the Chair.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings has set the Main Street hill, also known as Bay Hill, as its main road priority.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we accept the quote from Earth Tech as presented by Lambac of $1200 for the “Terms of Reference” for the Waste Management Study for our share of the $1200.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council agrees to enter into an agreement with the owners of Roll No. 51 21 000 006 114 08 and allow them to make payments as outlined in their letter dated December 9, 2004.
