the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum of members present at 7:30 p.m.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT we accept the quote from Earth Tech as presented by Lambac
of $1200 for the Terms of Reference for the Waste Management Study for our
share of the $1200.

Roll No. 51 21 000 006 114 08 and allow them to make payments as outlined in
their letter dated December 9, 2004.
