04-267 McKeen – Tuomi
BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of council be opened at 1:30 p.m. with Reeve Hunt presiding in the Chair.

04-268 Alkenbrack – Bright
BE IT RESOLVED THAT requests for proposals for an Engineering/Feasibility study for a breakwater & Improvements to the Municipal dock and Small craft harbour, council will accept Baird & Associates being the lowest bidder provided minor adjustments made and funding approval from FedNor.
Carried

04-269 Tuomi – McKeen
BE IT RESOLVED THAT this special meeting of council be adjourned until the next regular meeting, or call of the Chair.
